Our History
Omega Chi Sigma was established in 2018 by 8 friends with a mission to integrate all facets of business with STEM-related majors to provide equal opportunities for those who lack the resources provided by Penn State’s business programs.

“As one of the original founders of Omega Chi Sigma, I have personally witnessed the growth of both the organization and its members. When we started this fraternity, we had a couple of goals in mind. The first and foremost was to create an inclusive and accepting and environment that would welcome anyone at Penn State with open arms. The next was to provide opportunities to those who may not otherwise receive them. Looking back now, I can wholeheartedly say that we’ve accomplished these goals and continue to expand upon them through an increasingly diverse brotherhood and repertoire of events. I look forward to Omega Chi Sigma expanding outside of University Park, and I’m truly proud to have been a part of the process of making this organization what it is today.”
